一、设备运行中的一般故障简单处理
l、压力和回收率
本系统按设计规定压力运行,系统中过滤前后的压力表用于监视滤芯的压降,初级压力表则用于监视R/O膜组件压降。调节进水阀及浓水阀以保证运行压力及回收率。若官方网站系统不能正常运行,请进行下列工作:
2、检查过滤芯是否堵塞。
3、检查保险丝是否断路自动开关是否跳闸。
4、检查泵的运转情况是否正常。
5、检查总流量是否与规定的值相同,并与泵运行曲线比较,以确定运行压力。
6、若指示灯启,但泵未运行则处于报警状态,可能因进水压力偏低等导致系统停止工作。 7、检查进水阀门开关是否正确。
8、若泵不能启动,检查电气接线、高低度保护开关、保险丝和过热保护器等部件是否正常。
9、日常记录表
日常记录表包括一般运行条件(压力、流量、温度)及定期和特别维护(预过滤器滤芯的更换,R/O冲洗、清洗等)。
10、脱盐率降低
当官方网站膜件更换后,或膜连接件移动后发生脱盐率下降,其造成原因可能是O型密封圈损坏,或位置不正确。
O型密封圈须用硅油或无碳氢化合物油脂润滑后才能连接,定位时不可用力过大,否则会导致错位。0型密封圈装入后看不见,只能通过经验凭感觉确定。
11、浓水流量高
如在浓水出口测得浓水流量高于设定值时,可能由于如下原因:
浓水阀调节不当
流量计未正确校正
管道泄漏
12、产水电导监测仪
控制盘上装有电导监测仪表探头,装在产水出口管路中,监测仪表带有温度补偿及延迟信号输出。
二、官方网站设备运行注意事项
1、在每次更换5 u微过滤器滤芯后必须将5 u微过滤器出口处下排快速接头打开。用正常运行流量的l/2对地排放,时间为5分钟,以免前节漏沙进入R/O系统。
2、当5 u微过滤器运行压差达到≥~Kg/cm2时,必须更换滤芯,否则将影响系统正常运行。
3、R/O运行中当出现以下情况必须进行化学清洗。
a、进水压力,中段压力,浓水压力在运行条件不变的情况下,此三个压
力问的压差比初始压差上升15~20%。
b、在运行条件不变的情况下产水量下降5~20%。
c、产水量不变的情况下脱盐率下降。
I. simple handling of general faults in equipment operation

8. If the pump cannot be started, check whether the electrical wiring, high-low degree protection switch, fuse and overheating protector are normal.
9. Daily record sheet
Daily record sheet includes general operating conditions (pressure, flow, temperature) and regular and special maintenance (replacement of pre-filter filter element, R/O flushing, cleaning, etc.).
10. Desalination rate decreased
When the reverse osmosis membrane components are replaced or the membrane connector is moved, the desalination rate decreases, which may be caused by damage to the o-ring seal or incorrect position.
O - type sealing ring must be lubricated with silicone oil or no hydrocarbon oil before connection, positioning should not be too strong, otherwise it will lead to dislocation. Type 0 seal ring can not be seen after loading, can only be determined by feeling through experience.
11. High flow of concentrated water
If the concentrated water flow measured at the concentrated water outlet is higher than the set value, it may be due to the following reasons:
The concentrated water valve is not adjusted properly
The flowmeter is not properly calibrated
Pipeline leak
12. Water-producing conductivity monitor
The control panel is equipped with a conductance monitoring instrument probe, which is installed in the water production outlet pipeline. The monitoring instrument is equipped with temperature compensation and delay signal output.
2. Matters needing attention for reverse osmosis equipment operation
1. Open the lower row quick connector at the outlet of the 5u micro filter after replacing the filter element of the 5u micro filter every time. Discharge l/2 of normal flow to the ground for 5 minutes to avoid sand leakage from the front section into the R/O system.
2. When the operating pressure difference of 5 u microfilter reaches ≥~Kg/cm2, the filter element must be replaced, otherwise the normal operation of the system will be affected.
3. Chemical cleaning must be carried out when the following conditions occur during R/O operation.
A. Water inlet pressure, middle pressure and concentrated water pressure are the three pressures under the condition of unchanged operation conditions
The pressure difference of the force is 15~20% higher than the initial pressure difference.
B. under the same operating conditions, the water yield decreases by 5~20%.
C. The desalination rate decreases under the condition of constant water yield.
